Get Ready to Spring Into Fitness!

Challenge Starts March 17th!

We’re thrilled to announce that our 6-week challenge kicks off on March 17th and runs through April 27th! This is your chance to push your limits, engage in some friendly competition, and have fun while working toward your health and fitness goals. This year, we’re adding a nutrition component, offering personalized nutrition guidelines and meal plans to support you on your journey!

Exciting Team Competition!

Participants will be randomly assigned to one of four teams, each led by a coach. These teams will compete against each other in a fun and friendly challenge, earning points through class attendance, weigh-ins, fitness challenges, and other activities. Get ready to bring your energy, support your teammates, and challenge yourself to new heights!

As a thank-you for joining, every participant will receive a custom DJK Fitness towel—perfect for all your workouts!

Attendance Requirement (For All Participants):

To be eligible to win, participants must attend a minimum of 18 classes over the 6-week challenge period. Consistent effort is key to achieving your goals!

Initial Weigh-ins: March 10th–15th

Final Weigh-ins: April 27th–30th

Mid-Point Check-ins (Optional): April 9th–13th

Make sure your FitManager profile is active, the app is downloaded, and your phone number is listed before your weigh-in.

To ensure you get off to a successful start, here’s what you need to know:

Initial Weigh-ins:

Please complete your weigh-in between March 10th–15th. Download the FitManager app, create your account, and join the challenge with the code "2025." Make sure your phone number is in your profile for verification. Even if body composition isn’t your focus, your team will earn 5 points for both the initial and final weigh-ins. Your participation here boosts both your personal journey and the overall challenge spirit!

Earning Points:

You can earn points for your team through activities such as:

Over the next 6 weeks, we encourage you to challenge your body and mind, foster a sense of community, and embrace friendly competition. Success in this challenge comes down to the habits you build!

Tracking Your Progress

Staying on top of your progress is key to success in this challenge!

To make it easy, we’re offering two tracking options:

💪 Tracking Notebooks – If you prefer pen and paper, we’ve got you covered with notebooks to log your workouts.

🏋️ RepCount App – A simple and effective way to digitally track your lifts and monitor progress over time.

Consistently tracking your workouts will help you stay motivated, measure progress, and keep pushing toward your fitness goals. Let’s make every rep count!

Over the next six weeks, you will focus on building strength and improving performance through progressive overload. This program will emphasize the following key lifts and movements:

Bench Press

Shoulder Press

Back Squat

DeadliftHip Thrust

Pull-Ups

By consistently pushing your limits with greater resistance, volume, or intensity, you will see continuous growth in both strength and technique.

Goals to Aim For:

Here are a few key goals to help you stay on track during the challenge:

📌 8,000-10,000 daily steps

📌 Drink half your body weight in ounces of water daily

📌 Get 7-8 hours of sleep each night

📌 Consume 100g or more of protein daily
